FAQ ABOUT THE E-TROY
What is the difference between the GX 12s model and the GX 12s LTD?
The LTD features 170mm of fork travel and is equiped with the Bosch Smart System and the System Controller display and comes with Bosch's A4 Charger. The GX 12s has 160mm of fork travel and is equiped with Bosch's Kiox System 2 display and comes with Bosch's Standard Charger.
What is the battery autonomy?
It is important to mention that there is a lot of factors on which will depend the autonomy of the battery. The average speed, the mode you're using the most, the weather, the wind, the rider's weight, and the stop frequency, all these factors play a role in the mileage you can put in one charge.
With an average speed of 15km/h, in summer weather, in mountainous terrain, using the ECO mode, one charge will give you approximately 94 KM of autonomy.
Can I instal a range extender?
Yes, the E-Troy Bosch is compatible with Bosch's PowerMore 250. An additional bottle-sized battery that is compact and weighing 1.6kg.

Can I instal a rear shock with a longer stroke to gain more travel?
No, the E-Troy Bosch was designed with a Trunnion 185 x 55mm shock. Fitting a shock with a different size will void your warranty.
What travel fork can I use on this bike?
Either 160mm or 170mm.
Can I install a 29'' rear wheel to make it full 29'' ?
No, the rear end of the E-Troy was specificaly designed for a 27,5'' rear wheel. A 29'' rear wheel simply won't fit.
